  • How far in advance do I need to book my party?
    We recommend that you book your party 6-8 weeks in advance. We will do our best to accommodate last minute parties (less than 2 weeks notice) however we cannot guarantee that will be possible. We host events on Saturdays and Sundays with occasional availability on Fridays.
  • How can I contact you?
    The best and fastest way to contact us is by email or text. We love emails for record keeping purposes and to ensure information is received by all parties. Please email us at any time if you have any questions. We can be reached by phone at 512- 394-8434 during our business hours or fill out a contact form.
  • Where are Simply Fab Spa Parties held?
    We serve Austin and the surrounding areas and host at private locations such as your house or backyard. A travel surcharge will apply based on your location. However, we may not be able to accommodate all locations.
  • What is Simply Fab Spa Parties, LLC Deposit, Refund, and Cancellation Policy?
    Deposit and payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date with the remainder due 10 days before your event. If your event is within 2 weeks or less of the booking date, full payment is due. Cancellation: If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies: we cannot refund your deposit as we begin preparations for your party immediately. If you need to reschedule your event, we'll be happy to work with you to find an alternate party date. A week notice at minimum (or before your final payment is made) must be given to reschedule. Please note the event should be scheduled to occur within 45 days of the date that your event was originally scheduled. After 45 days, your event is non-transferable and another non-refundable deposit will be required to book your event.
  • Inclement Weather/Illness?
    Please plan accordingly and be mindful of weather conditions/temperature if you plan to host your event outside. Please have an alternate plan for rain/severe weather as we do not set up in the rain. If we cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather or unforeseen illness/circumstances, Simply Fab Spa Parties, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you chose to cancel the event due to severe weather or illness, please keep in mind that your deposit and/or payments is non-refundable and we do not offer refunds due to weather. However if you want to reschedule your party due to severe weather or illness, we must receive a 24-hour notice or we will reach out to you to reschedule.
  • Can siblings of the guest stay during the party?
    Our party packages cover the birthday girl and her guests only. We will be unable to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests that were not initially included in your final guest count.
  • Allergies
    Simply Fab Spa Parties,LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions stemming from food provided, facials, makeup, DIY activities, linens for slumber parties, wearing of costumes, or any products/activities taking place before, during or after the party. The responsibility lies strictly with the client. It is the Client/Parent's responsibility to check with guests prior to event regarding allergies and inform parents of the guests of the products we will be using. It is the client/parent's responsibility to ensure that a guest with allergies does not consume or come in contact with allergens which may result in an allergic reaction.
  • What do you do with the Photos/Videos you take?
    We take photos and videos to post on our website or social media page. Simply Fab Spa Parties, LLC reserves the right to use photographs taken at your event in all promotional media, whether now or in the future. As a client of Simply Fab Spa Parties you agree that you will make no monetary or other such claim against Simply Fab Spa Parties, LLC for the use of any photograph taken of your child (or children) and your guests. We do not use any identifiable information on our photos, but we respect your privacy and if you prefer for these images not to be used or your party not to be photographed whatsoever, please select your preference at the time of booking.
  • Does Simply Fab Spa Parties have an age requirement?
    Yes, Most of our packages are best suited for children ages 5 and up, no exceptions. However, we understand the importance of creating a fun and enjoyable experience for all children, regardless of age. Our Spa Princess package is designed to introduce younger kids to the magic of spa treatments in a safe and age appropriate way.   • How do I prepare for my mobile spa party?
    We recommend the following: 1.Adequate space for the number of guest and spa stations at your party. Your spacing requirement will depend on the party package you choose. 2.Space is cleared out before our arrival. We do not move furniture. Please remove any valuables or fragile decor from the designated area prior to the event. 3.We require access to a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls 4.Remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival. 5.Leave some space for us to park our vehicle.We would appreciate easy access as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your birthday party. 6.Have all girls remove any nail polish before attending for maximum spa time and provide a gathering place for parents of the guest who wish to stay. 7.One parent/client remain with the party at all times.
  • How many kids are allowed at the spa party?
    Simply Fab Spa parties packages are designed and priced for 6 and 8 guest including the birthday girl. You will be charged for that number even if less guest attend your event. If you want to have more than the number of guest included in your package, an additional guest fee will apply(based on selected pachage). You have 5 days prior to your event to decrease or increase the number of guest and provide us with your final headcount. You cannot delete any guest from the final headcount because our staff prepares everything for the number you have already given. If a party is booked and 8 guest RSVP and some of those guest still did not show you are still expected to pay for the number of guest you provided 5 days prior to the party.
  • Can the girls eat/drink while services are being performed?
    We prefer that no food is served during pampering times however we prefer if snacks are served during downtimes as the girls wait for their turn at nails or during pedicures. . Once services are complete, you will have 30 minutes allocated for serving food to your guest. If you'll like to offer snacks/food during and after services, we ask that you refrain from serving tomato-based foods, greasy or messy food as they can stain our linens, and robes and make clean up a challenge. We also suggest light colored or clear drinks (no dark drinks such as colas or fruit punch allowed) We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage any of our property.
  • What happens with guest who do not arrive on time?
    Our parties are based on a schedule therefore it is important that your guest arrive on time to avoid losing time from services. Guest coming late may join the party at whatever point it has progressed to.
  • Who takes care of guest who do not want to participate/becomes ill/not behaving?
    Guest who do not wish to participate will need to be attended by you. We will do our best to to encourage participation but we cannot be responsible for disruptive behavior. It is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not wish to participate.
  • How do I prepare for my mobile spa party?
    We recommend the following: 1.Adequate space for the number of guest and spa stations at your party. Your spacing requirement will depend on the party package you choose. We only set up on the main level of the home, no second floor set ups allowed. If space is limited please contact us to discuss options 2.Space is cleared out before our arrival. We do not move furniture. Please remove any valuables or fragile decor from the designated area prior to the event including rugs 3.We require access to a sink area in order to continue to fill and refill the spa bowls. 4.Remove all pets from the party area prior to our arrival. 5.Leave some space for us to park our vehicle. We would appreciate easy access as we have a lot of heavy items to carry into your birthday party. 6.Have all girls remove any nail polish before attending for maximum spa time and provide a gathering place for parents of the guest who wish to stay. 7.One parent/client remain with the party at all times.
  • What happens when you arrive at my home (or venue)?
    Your hostess will have a quick meet and greet with you then immediately begin to transform your designated space. Set up of your event happens quickly as there is a number of task to complete in a short window time and is very important for us to stay on schedule. For this reason, we request that children and other family members and early guest are kept away from the set up area to avoid any interruptions. We make every attempt to protect your surfaces with slip covers and towels during the birthday party. We are not responsible for cleaning costs incurred by damages from party guest. Break down of your event will begin at the party end time as stated in your party agreement. If you wish to continue with your party, we request that you move your guests to a separate area while we break down.
  • How much space is needed to set up the teepees?
    Each Teepee is approximately 3 ft 11 inches wide x 4 ft long with the air mattress requiring the most space 75in W . The tents generally set up next to each other and/or opposite depending on available space. Please contact us if space is a concern and we can discuss options.
  • Are pets allowed around tents?
    All pets and smoking must be kept from contact with any Simply Fab Spa Parties rental equipment and supplies.
  • How are sleepover tents cleaned?
    All blankets, sheets and decorative pillow covers are laundered after each rental. All decorative items, throw pillow insets and trays are disinfected.
